Refund & Cancellation Policy:

1. Refunds are only issued if the event is cancelled or re-scheduled to a later date by Southeastern.  If this occurs, participants may either request a refund or accept a reservation at the later event date.

2. Once a reservation is made and the participant cannot attend, a request for substitution or re-schedule may be made.

   1. Substitutions may be made for any event.  Send an email to info-comments@setappi.org with the details.

   2. At least two weeks notice must be given to re-schedule a workshop.  With less than two weeks notice, only substitutions may be made.  Conferences and trade shows may not be re-scheduled, only substitutions may be made.   Send the request to re-schedule to info-comments@setappi.org.
